Currently taking a limited number of clients

$95 / session (taxes included)

I am currently refining my programs ahead of a wider release. This rate is specific to the limited group of clients I am currently choosing to take, and it may change as the program formalizes.

Is $95 a session actually worth it?+

Only you can answer that, honestly. What I can tell you: this isn't a generic pep talk. Every session is built around your actual week, your actual numbers, your actual life. If after the fit call it doesn't feel worth it to you, don't book — I'd rather you say so than sit through sessions you're resenting.

What happens on the fit call?+

We talk about what's actually going on in your schedule and your life right now, what you're hoping changes, and I'll tell you honestly whether I think Off The Clock is the right tool for that. No script, no pressure. If it's not a fit, I'll say so and we part ways with no hard feelings.

How does booking and payment work?+

Booking runs through Calendly. When you pick a time on the Book a Call page, you'll go through Calendly's own secure checkout as part of scheduling — no separate invoices, no back-and-forth over email.

How long is the commitment?+

The full program is five levels across two tracks — personal time management (levels 1–3), then personal project management (levels 4–5) — roughly 1–2 months each, one session a week. That's a rough guide, not a contract — some people move faster, some need more room, and we adjust as we go. Not everyone needs both tracks, and not everyone starts at Level 1.

Is this therapy?+

No. We'll talk about real, sometimes emotional stuff — you can't fix a schedule without touching identity and priorities — but this is coaching aimed at your time and choices, not clinical treatment. If I think you'd be better served by a therapist, I'll tell you that directly.

What if I'm not sure this is for me?+

That's exactly what the fit call exists to figure out — together, honestly, before any real commitment. Check the who this is for section on the home page, and if you're still unsure, book the call anyway. Worst case, it's 20 minutes and a bit more clarity than you had before.

What if I don't know what I'm working toward yet?+

That's fine — it doesn't matter if you're unsure of where you want to go. If you're willing to put in at least 1–2 hours a week exploring what actually brings you joy and fulfillment, that's all we need to start building a schedule and habits that let you figure it out over time. You don't need a clear goal to book the call.

I already manage my time fairly well — is this still for me?+

Then you probably don't start at zero. Not everyone does — the fit call is partly where we figure out where you're actually starting from. If your time is already solid, we can move straight into level 4, personal project management, rather than rebuilding a system you don't need.

Why not just use AI for this?+

I use AI constantly — it's a genuinely great tool. But it answers you one prompt at a time. It responds to whatever's on your mind today without connecting it to the five other things you didn't mention, and it only knows you through the lens you choose to show it. It's a mirror. I'm a second set of eyes, with the context of having actually worked with people who look a lot like you.

What happens if I fall off track mid-program?+

That's expected, not a failure. The systems I build have slack built in — on the calendar and in how you think about a slip — specifically because life doesn't go according to plan. A late night or a missed morning shouldn't cost you the whole week. If it does, that's a sign the system needs adjusting, not that you need to try harder. We adjust it together.

Do sessions happen over video?+

Yes — sessions are 1-on-1 video calls, scheduled directly through Calendly around your timezone.

What if I need to reschedule or miss a session?+

Life happens — message me as early as you can and we'll find another time. This is meant to reduce pressure on you, not add to it.
